Jellicent isn't used on rain, that Jirachi set is only used on DragMag teams, and Toxicroak isn't very good in OU by today's standards, which is why it is stuck in C rank on the viability rankings with the likes of Sharpedo, Formless Rotom and Medicham, all of which are things that have one specific niche on very specific times but otherwise I really like using DragMag in OU, but my main complaint is that if you face an opposing Mamoswine, you basically get 6-0'd from Team Preview.
